• ଦେ. ବି — ପୂର୍ବବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଲିପିବଦ୍ଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟା— ବଳିର ବିବରଣ ତତ୍ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସଭ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପଠିତ ହୋଇ ତାହା ଠିକ୍ ଥିବା ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତ ହେବା — The proceedings of a meeting being read and confirmed; the confirmation of the proceeding of a meeting at the next meeting after the record thereof is read at the latter meeting
