ଖଚୁଆ ରାଜ୍ୟ Khachuā rājya

• ଦେ. ବି — ଯେଉଁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ରାଜା ବା ହାକିମମାନେ ଚୁଗୁଲି ଶୁଣନ୍ତି, ଚୁଗୁଲିଆଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶ୍ରୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ସେହି ଶୁଣା ଚୁଗୁଲି କଥାରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ତଣ୍ଡନ୍ତି — A place or kingdom where backbiters reign supreme (i.e. where the authorities are led to act on the report of the backbiters.)
